Q: How much is an estimate?
A: Nothing, we would never charge to take a look at your project.
Q: Do you all work with insurance?
A: Yes, we do almost all the time, we will work with you insurance on your behalf to help make sure your needs are met.
Q: How much does it cost to replace my roof, and do I have to pay it all up front?
A: Truth is when it comes to working with insurance we do the job for what your insurance is willing to pay, in that instance you pay nothing up front and we get right to work once we have the insurance approval on scope of work. All you are responsible for is your deductible which is generally 1-2% of your homes total insured value.
Q: Can I finance my project?
A: Yes, we offer competitive rates!
Q: Do you all pay deductibles?
A: Unfortunately no we don’t. As a reputable company we don’t because it is illegal to do so. If you have and or considering a company that does so we would question their integrity. If a company is willing to lie to secure a job we would bet they are willing to lie to you… We aren’t willing out anyone in jeopardy.
Q: Do you all offer warranties?
A: Yes! We offer warranties not only on our products but also on our craftmanship.
